Rahul Forge · concepts in the making
Forged from what you already have.
Your photos, your services, your words, reshaped into a website that works on every phone. Then the software behind it.
Selected concepts
A few I keep coming back to.
Each one started with a real small business whose website had fallen behind. I studied it, then rebuilt it as a working concept, in the business's own language. None of them are client projects.

Joinery workshopAustriaA precise, warm joinery site built around a real workshop gallery, a measure-at-home request form, and every earned credential brought forward.13

Oyster barNew ZealandA fresh, local oyster-bar site that leads with real provenance and atmosphere, puts the full menu in easy reach, and makes reserving a table effortless. How I work
You see it before you decide anything.
- 01
I look at what's already public
Your current site, your photos, your reviews, what you actually sell and who walks through the door.
- 02
I build a working concept
Real pages in modern code, in your language, down to the interior pages. Desktop and phone. Not a mock-up or a slide.
- 03
You decide
If you like it, we talk about making it real. If not, say so and the preview comes down. No pressure either way.
- 04
Then the software
Once the front door works, the useful part: automations and custom tools that save hours every week.
What I do
Two things, in this order.
How you show up online
A new website built from what you already have: your photos, your services, your words. Made for phones first and written in your customers' language.
What runs behind it
When you are ready: enquiries answered, bookings in one place, and the repetitive admin handled by software I build around how you already work, much of it with AI.

About
One person, not an agency.
I'm Rahul Soni. I build custom software for hard business problems, much of it with AI.
The concepts on this site are unsolicited. The businesses did not ask for them and are not my clients; they are shown to demonstrate the kind of work I do.
